Collecting user experiences
A major part of Singino is collecting user experiences and reviews from multiple sources and preparing them for search and display. The goal is not volume alone—experiences should be structured and reviewable.
Technology & Infrastructure
Singino
Singino is a platform for collecting, organizing, and searching user experiences—so choices are not based only on official copy and ads, but also on what people who already used a product or service actually lived. Singino is under development, with current focus on infrastructure that gathers experiences from many sources and makes them searchable and comparable.
What is Singino?
Choosing a product or service usually means facing many sources: official sites, seller copy, ads, ratings, and user reviews.
Finding relevant experiences is not always easy.
Reviews may sit across platforms, lack consistent structure, or make it hard to find the experience that actually answers the user’s question.
Singino is being built around that problem: collect and structure user experiences so they are easier to search and examine—and answer what people who already used the product or service actually experienced.
Services
Current focus is infrastructure that makes experience collectible, structured, searchable, and comparable—not only readable.
A major part of Singino is collecting user experiences and reviews from multiple sources and preparing them for search and display. The goal is not volume alone—experiences should be structured and reviewable.
When reviews multiply, relevant information gets harder to find. Singino works on structure so experiences can be categorized by topic, product, service, or related attributes—helping users reach useful experiences faster.
Singino search is meant to go beyond finding a page or business name. The aim is relevant experiences—about a feature, quality, service, or usage—not only a product name. This is a core product focus.
Many reviews help only when they can be examined and compared. Singino focuses on structure that moves related experiences out of scatter and gives a fuller view before choosing.
Singino’s development path
Singino’s development has several main parts:
1. Define the problem — what information people need when choosing, and what makes it hard to find.
2. Design the experience model — how experiences are collected, stored, categorized, and shown.
3. Build infrastructure — technical layers for processing, storage, and search.
4. Build the product — UX and capabilities for finding and reviewing experiences.
5. Improve from real use — refine with feedback and real data.
Technically Singino is more than simple search: experiences must be received from many sources, processed, structured, and prepared for search—including data processing, information structure, semantic search, ranking, and presentation.
Singino can help people who want others’ experience before choosing a product, service, or business. It is not meant to decide for the user—it aims to make the information needed to compare options easier to reach.
To review previous users’ experience with a product.
To find more information about the quality of a service.
When you are deciding between options and want to compare customer experiences.
To find experiences related to a specific feature or topic.
More reviews are not always better; experiences should be relevant, reviewable, and usable.
Status
A product still being built
Singino has not reached its final form yet—so this page will change as the product progresses.
As new capabilities, publishable samples, and technical details are ready, they will be added here.
Singino prefers to show the project as it is—not to present work-in-progress features as finished products.
Singino is currently under development; parts of the infrastructure and product model are still being completed. At this stage we prefer not to make firm claims about capabilities that are not final yet.
Structuring experience matters: collecting reviews alone is not enough. If thousands of reviews exist but relevant ones are hard to find, volume does not help. Experiences need to be reviewable by topic, product, service, and related attributes.
More is not always better. Data quality and how information is processed and shown—alongside search design—are central to the technical path.
If you have an experience to share: user experience is core to Singino’s idea. Capabilities for recording and using experiences will be announced as the product advances.
MHFA
Singino is a developing project in the MHFA ecosystem, focused on searching and using user experience.
The path began with a defined problem and is moving from early model toward infrastructure and product.
Connection to MHFA provides shared capacity in technology, product, and business building—while the aim remains an independent product with its own model and development path.
If user-experience search, reviews, and checking before buying or choosing matter to you, you can follow Singino’s development path.
A platform for searching user experiences and reviews—collecting, structuring, and searching experiences to help examine products, services, and businesses more carefully.
